Weekly Attendance Requirement:
For TLC to accept a contract for a child's care, the weekly
total attendance must be 2 or more days per week. If the hourly rate is used for a school-age child, the weekly total
attendance must equal at least two hours for two days per week. |

NOTES: A $5.00 per day late fee is charged when payments
are not made by Friday.
A $5.00 per 1/4 hour fee is charged
when a child is picked up after 6:00 PM.
Registration fees and holding fees are non-refundable.
